My personal journey and subsequent approach to this work is a bit diverse yet complete in itself...

I’ve immersed myself in disciplines ranging from taking a Buddhist Refuge, attending empowerment rituals, learning directly from Tibetan Lamas and Bhutanese Khenpos, to studying dream interpretation from Jungian, Archetypal, and Hawaiian perspectives.  I've looked into quantum science and consciousness studies as well (at a layperson's level) always preferring both spiritual and academic authors with established credibility, from ancient to contemporary titles.

 

Along the way, I've participated in shamanic deep healings and Native American Sweat Lodge ceremonies, learning about various shamanic traditions and Eastern philosophies as complementary worldviews.

 

I've experienced firsthand how these things deeply connect us to ourselves, our true nature, and the cosmos itself—attaining what is often called “direct revelation” or “the awakened mind" as an everyday experience that guides our path.

 

I hold a Reiki level-one attunement, although I’ve come to understand that Reiki attunements are a way of unlocking healing potential whereas the same ability can be an innate gift in others (rather than passed along through lineage transmission)--which helped me to realize my spiritual path a little better as well.  I then expanded my studies into both Pranic Healing (from India) and Reiki (from Japan) and I plan to offer  more precise energy work when I feel ready to do so.

 

I also enjoy reading about faerie tales, mythology, and frameworks such as Depth or Process-Oriented Psychology—Again, always ensuring I draw from credible and grounded authors (when it comes to understanding the human mind, the stories  we tell ourselves and others, I think it's important we don't wander too far off the beaten path) while maintaining an open-mind.

 

My spiritual approach is direct and pragmatic: I blend visionary seeing/hearing/knowing with ancient wisdom and contemporary learning to weave together insights and knowledge for producing change and transformation.  It's compassionate work and I'm always mindful of the other person, never pushing further than they're willing to go with their current situation or life stage.

 

I’m inspired to help people explore their "Truth," find clarity, and reconnect with what is often referred to as "Spirit," "God," "Tao," or whichever other word we choose--ultimately it's about 'Faith.'

 

Believe or not—we all receive chances to be “Living the Dream" of our "Best Self"--every single day.
